NHS EYE TESTS

All children under 18 who are in full time education are entitled to NHS eye tests and a voucher towards the cost of their spectacles. At Charles Lea we offer a wide range of glasses for free using an NHS voucher and sunglasses from £15.

If your child has additional needs such as autism or a learning disability, please let us know in advance if you need any special arrangements such as extra time or a pre appointment to meet our staff and have a look around etc.  Your child doesn’t have to be able to read letters for us to be able to do an eye test.
